3920 Vero Rd, Ste K & L, Arbutus, MD 21227. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00, Saturday 9:00 – 15:00, and Sunday by appointment only.
How fast do you ship?
Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 1pm Eastern time ship the same business day; orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 lower states, to the address on file. For Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands, please contact us before you buy.
Do your engines and transmissions come with a warranty?
Yes. New and remanufactured engines and transmissions carry a 180-day warranty, used replacement engines and transmissions 90 days, and used performance engines and transmissions 30 days, unless the sales receipt says otherwise. Rotary engines have no warranty, and shipping and labor costs are not covered. See our Warranty Policy for every product type.
Can I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused, not disassembled and in the original packaging. You need an RA (Return Authorization) number from us before you ship a return, and a 20% restocking fee plus freight applies. See our Return Policy.
Can I hold an item with a deposit?
Yes. A deposit holds an engine, transmission or part for 30 days, and the full balance is due within 30 days of the deposit date.
